Is losing 30lbs in 3 months a difficult goal, should I focusing on just 20lbs? I'm 160lbs at 5'7", just for reference.

Unless you're going to eat like 1000 calories a day or take DNP then it's pretty unrealistic

Depends on weight. Is hes obese then yea he can. I have to eat around 3300cal just to counteract my running and lifting. So i think its possible.

Oh fuck i should read more. Bro your 160lbs. 30lbs is alot
It's doable under the right set of variables. For instance, men tend to lose weight faster than women and obese people tend to lose weight faster than healthy or slightly overweight people.
You're 160lbs so 30lbs in 3 months is going to be really difficult. I'd shoot for 20.
why the fuck would you want to lose 30 lbs at 5"7 160?
im that exact height and weight and i feel great.

He probably has no muscle. At that weight if you don't lift youre just fat.
OP lose 20 lbs, 30 is too much

I have no muscle and figured I'd cut first, then bulk back up. Right now my body fat percentage is high
