id suggest bulking for a year then going on a cut. Eat more and lift heavy. Subway isn't getting you enough calories. If you drop down to 130 now you'll literally be aushwitz mode and you'll feel like shit.

pick up a set of dumbbells (preferably adjustable, can buy more weight later) and a bench from Craigslist and go to town

buy rice, pinto beans and chicken/ground turkey and eat that exclusively

get some fiber pills (psyllium husk), a multi, some vitamin-d-3

follow the workout, do cardio on offdays... 3 months late-- B@@M you'll be a completely new person
