Fu guys, I've been on forced nofap due to third-party reasons and realized all aspects of my life got improved, never took "no fap" seriously until very recently I tried it again on my own.

To be specific: You got issues when you're a regular user of porn and jerking off, if you do it once every other day you probably wont notice any real difference.
