Can you develop great shoulders without doing any pressing movements for shoulders?
Benchpress will work your anterior deltoid, and you can just do any other type of shoulder work such as facepulls or lateral raises for your medial and posterior deltoid?
Anyone ever experiment with this?

Overhead/ dumbbell pressing are going to put the most mass on your shoulder friend instead of skipping on them because you're weak at them do normal and behind the neck when you work shoulders and ohp when you do chest just make sure your form is solid and do them seated if you don't know how to brace yourself
