Just eat atleast 200 grams of protein/day and some vegetables, and don't pig out every day. You won't lose gains or get fat from eating pancakes once or twice per week if the rest of your diet is "good" food.
Mash a banana and 2 eggs together in a bowl. Put in like 1 cup of oats. Butter a pan with about 1 tablespoon of butter. Fry it, add another bit of butter and fry the other side. Crispy pancakes. Add cinnamon for taste or some protein powder.
