Hi, /fit/, fatass here.
First of all excuse me if I don't type properly, english isn't my first language.
I've been lurking for a time and two weeks ago i started dieting and excercising more.
I've been doing some ocasional running for two years and a year ago i started doing a martial art (kyokushin),
so i guess i'm not starting from zero.
My question is, will i lose a lot of muscle if i'm at high deficit but i start lifting?
I will take any advice, so feel free to contribute.
Also any advice with thin wirsts?
Pic related, it's me at this moment 100,2kg 1'80m.
Thanks!

By the way OP, you don't have any muscle to lose. I'm being serious, you're entirely unmuscular. Just cut.

Don't need to worry about muscle loss if not on a starvation diet. At your level of body fat, and with well formulated lifting routine, you will probably be able to make slight muscle gains while losing fat
