Okay /fit/, here are my current one rep maxes:
OHP: 155 lbs
Bench: 230 lbs
Squat: 285 lbs
DL: 365 lbs
Do I start over with SS/SL and try to break those barriers, or do I move on to something like the Texas method?
Not knowing you, TM is a better bet. But ideally you should have some kind of idea on the rate which you can progress at.

Daily progression got really hard, so that may be the way to go
3 or 4 days TM. Your numbers are too high for SS.
>>35386039
Bulk with gomad to 220 pounds or 100kg
>>35386039
>230lb bench press
Lol... had to slap on the 2.5s huh
>mfw considering moving off SS and my stats are practically half of his
>>35387291
if you're stalling a ton and diet and sleep is good, do it.
squat has gone way up since I switched.
>>35387291
So...
your press is 35kg
your bench is 52kg
your squat is 65kg
your dl is 82kg
And you wanna MOVE ON from SS?!
Your stats are literally LOWER than when I started SS, and I started at 56kg bodyweight.
>>35388316
Standard to metric conversion is 2.2 lbs per kg. Your math is off.
>>35388342
please stop being alive.
>>35387291
Get your squat to at least 1.5 times body weight first
>>35387063
He's listing out his stats on a program. Why would he not list the exact weights he is at? Are you autistic?
>>35386244
You don't know his body weight. Just because the numbers are too high for you doesn't mean shit for someone else faggot.
>>35388316
actually its
OHP 37.5
BENCH 57.5
SQUAT 105
DEAD 115
all in kg for reps
>>35388502
That's not half at all man.
