You asked for it, so here it is: awful form. Asymmetric and uncertain while going down and trembling arching movements - that's a one way ticket for lumbar snap city. Too fast while going up, not blazing fast but still too fast. There's some control over the exercise but not enough. The wrists are asymmetric and too bended. I get that no decent PT ever spotted this guy.
It's better to perform a good exercise with two plates rather than a snapping one with three.

I'm not sure if I have to be surprised to see so many "yeah brah not bad" "nice ass" comments here, given that we are on a Argentinian llama shearing tips forum.

You start with a rounded lower back (hyperextended) and it makes you finish with a rounded lower back (rounded), under moderate-max loads you don't want any movement in your lower back during the whole squat. Start with your lower back neutral, bracing the core and squeezing the glutes. Chris Duffin has good videos on core stabilization on youtube.
