Hello /fit/
Does someone have experience with the Insanity Asylum program?
If you don't know, it's the second part of a hardcore program to get "athletic". The first one is mostly to lose fat but I don't need that. The black instructor is gay haha
My goal is to get my worn out body back in shape and see how far I can gain endurance and speed at least once in my life.
There's stuff about it :

I know for a fact it's legit, someone I know got nice results but I need a bit more input before I get to it : I still hesitate with the Bronson method which seems very interesting too.

>Plyometric conditioning as a workout
Do it on top of weight training if you're fat or cutting. Prolly good cardio as it's more varied.
Yeah. I got zhredded in five weeks and am now running half marathons.
You're gonna get a bunch of stupid responses, but it's GREAT

Yea, /fit/ is not as I remember. Looks like an annex of /b/ now. Almost nothing was off topic but slower board some time ago, like "uninfected" boards. At least it's funnier now

You won't get ripped but it's great cardio and conditioning for any active sport. Should be used as an addition not a foundation
