kek. the strongest strength athletes have good, efficient form. some might be a bit abnormal compared to the average joe, but they likely do it because it is safer and stronger for them or because they have funky body proportions (for example klokov's stance asymmetry and layne norton's squat)

I ask people what their minimum is. It's a better judge of strength. You find your minimum by doing a lift for 50 reps. My squat minimum is 110 lbs. I bench 85 lbs minimum. The higher your minimum, the stronger you are. No one gets it tho. Maxes are stupid

My knees and left shoulder are fucked. My left arm doesn't straighten to the same length as my right, so bar bench is a little awkward. My knees make it so I can't squat with weight, but I can do light leg extension machines. I get 1500 usd a month for it, so I guess I can't complain.
