Why is my bench so shit? What should I do to help it along? I started Smolov Jr for bench this week and am only going to do legs once a week now. Anything else anons would suggest trying?

My bench 1RM went up 10lb every 2 weeks.

I did 5/3/1 a couple times and Cube Method. I like deadlift and bench day for cube but thought squat day had too much volume for me. I ALWAYS do RDLs as accessory on deadlift day. I think deadlift is naturally my strongest lift tho

Some people are just different anon. I'm in the same boat as you just opposite. I bench 270 but squat is 290, and I do the same work out for each lifts. Don't understand why my legs gain so slow
