Is there anybody else here who doesn't do isolations at all?

Bench, OHP, dips, pull-ups, face-pulls, squats, and deadlifts are literally all the exercises in my routine.

I remember I trained like that for a year. Then I tore a bicep deadlifting and then the other two months later in BJJ. Been there; done that. Now that I'm not retarded any more, I see curls and arm extensions as prehab work - which they are - even if bros and bras go overboard for "aesthetics"

Your body is a kinetic chain and chains are only as strong as their weakest link. When one of those links gives out, the strength of all the other ones is irrelevant.
