I'm 6'0 160 pounds and I can't gain weight at all when I'm only eating healthy. Would it be fine for me to just go on a dirty bulk and eat whatever the fuck I want?

6'4" 175 here. Been bulking at 4500 and gained 3 pounds this month. Ideally I'll get most of my calories from healthy, whole food sources. It just takes more time. As long as you're not a lazy cunt this is the best way to do it. In my experience, however, it's better to eat a hamburger and get the calories you need than to eat a kale salad and be in a deficit that day. It also depends on your body type. Have you eaten poorly in the past and still maintained a low bf %? If yes then you can get away with eating dirtier food in your diet. If not you have to ask yourself if you're okay with gaining some extra bodyfat.

On my first cycle and started to eat dirty to get calories.

After 1 month of 4500kcals/day of clean food, I'm fucking sick of it and my weight gain was plateauing. Started throwing in 1000kcal of junk shit eat day; which has inadvertently increased my appetite. 5000kcal+ a day isn't such a ballache when throwing in 1000kcal of Reece's or some shit.

Even if your metabolism is good enough that you can eat garbage and not become a ham planet remember that bad food has other effects. High amounts of saturated fats can clog up and harden your arteries. Eating shit food can also cause diabetes, organ failure, sluggishness and affect your mental abilities like causing depression. High amounts of sodium can also inhibit muscle development. Try sticking to unsaturated fats and whole grains. You should be able to get plenty of calories from that. Avocados, hummus, and salads with olive oil are pretty good sources. Its honestly not worth it to eat dirty food, you'll just be fighting yourself trying to reverse the negative effects everytime you workout
