Went from 6'1 145lbs in june to 171 lbs right now, haven't ever felt better.

According to the scale I only gained 6 bs of fat and about 20lbs of muscle

I was 151 lbs at 6'1". Just hit 166lbs yesterday after 3 weeks of stuffing my face and gym. Dropped a half inch off my waist and put 1.5" on my chest circumference. Feels good man. Kind of regret not taking before pictures earlier haha

From babby tier (90 lb squat, 110 lb deadlift, 60 lb bench and 40 lb press) to still babby tier (175 squat, 205 deadlift, 120 bench and 95 press).

Started at 150 lbs and now 165 lbs (5'11" manlet)

6'4 175lbs to 210lbs this year. Started homegym and eating more.
