Hey fit, how do you make time to prepare food in college? Lifting and social life are long lost, only thing I had left was my good diet and now I am slowly turning to skeleton.

It was motherfucking delicious. I only have a jew-ish electric stove and shifty Wal-Mart pans because I rent, so the only way I could make it tasty was to pan sear it on all sides and then bake it in the oven with a teryaki-ketchup sauce (which was mindblowing somehow)

Basically. Need to make sure your meat cooks through. It's not instant food by any means but if u know u won't be able to cook a few days make a huge crockpot meal
