Actually OP, the best position for the lower spine to be in is about 130-140 degrees. This keeps your lower spine healthy.

You are correct in your observations of the forwarded neck tilt. However this can almost always be adressed and corrected with propper training. The problem with sparring your neck and sitting up straight is the strain on your lower back. As you probably know, lower back problems are known to be half-chronic and never go away. Where the neck isn't at such a high risk to becomming chronic. Therefore i would advise to spare your lower back, and let your neck take some of the beatings instead.

You can spread your legs to "simulate" the standing pelvis position. But the spine will always be in a healthier in those 140 degrees than sitting upright.
But there is some degree of truth in your statement. People have a tendency to "slide forward" with their pelvis when sitting in a 130-140 degree position. To counter this you just have to raise the angle a bit to about 120 degrees.

That's not forward head posture. What matters is that the neck is vertical in relation to gravity, not in relation to your spine. Your spine doesn't have any problem being bent as long as there is nothing pulling on it at the same time.
