sometimes i get a sharp pain when i try to breathe deeply.... like a pin against an inflating balloon... but its right on my heart. goes away after 5 -10 seconds though.

Go to a doctor.

He'll listen to your chest and be able to tell.

Might send you for a chest x-ray just to be sure, probably nothing serious but get it checked out to be safe.

If it's still there in more than a day or two go to the doctor, otherwise you're probably fine.

Take your knuckles and run them hard against the inside insertions of your chest, right next to the sternum. See if that hurts. If it is, it's possible you are just right there and occasionally tugging too hard on it
