About 300 lbs id estimate. It'll feel heavy at first because your not used to the barbell but as soon as you lower down you'll be able to get it up

It'll start out disappointingly low but you will progress very fast. The strength is already there for 350 but points of failure will be in your joints because your form will be shit until your body adapts to the movements.

It's completely absurd. He'l likely bench in the 220-250 range. Most high-school sport players can dumbell bench 75's on incline.

These guys don't weight lift. Don't listen to these queer baits. I'd you do an incline of 75, you should be able to hit 225 to 245 for 5 reps. But it'll feel weird when you do them. I'm 70 on my incline and I hit 225 for 6 reps. I've neglected my upper chest, so that's my main focus.
