can't you see how sharp is back arches two thirds down, and how is ass is poking out and his dick is sucking in. I got this mostly from overworking my back with deadlifts and got back issues, had to fix it by doing a lot of crunches to kindaforce that arch back to a straighter back. Your back isn't supposed to be completly straight like a line, but OP's back looks slightly bad.

Skinny fat guy here. I'm in a similar situation as op except he's got more muscle mass.

Should I cut to 12% then bulk or just straight bulk. I know I'm anaesthetic as fuck but I have to start somewhere. Btw I'm 5'11, 178lbs.

Do the SS routine with a caloric deficit until you cant make linear progress, then start eating at maintenance. Once you cant make more progress, eat in a 300kcal surplus. Finally when you stall again, eat a 500kcal surplus.
That'll help you to get off the extra fat you have while gainin a little strenght.

packing on muscle can take 1-2 years to get to a desirable state.

why stay fat and gross for 1-2 years?

body is more efficient at packing on muscle mass when it is at a lean bf%, so the time you spend cutting is made up for by the efficacy of packing on LBM.
you pack muscle on almost in the same time frame, but stay relatively aesthetic the whole time.
