Welcome to full blown body dismorphia breh. :^) Outside of when i have a pump, i feel DYEL / small constantly. Everyone else (friends, family, coworkers)? Always giving me validation.

Sometimes i wake up after a night of drinking (dehydrated) and think "wow", but in general, feel like shit about my progress.

When i go on CBTs, i think, "damn, look at this skinnyfat motherfucker. Or this skelly. I look 10 times better."

It's complicated.
