Hey guys, nobbie here, I wonder what BB style routine I could do 6 days a week as suplementary work.
I train 4 sessions a week at OW in the morning but I have plenty of time at evening where I go to a local gym with a squat rack, bench, dips "thing" and a pullup bar, and lots of dumbells and barbbells.
I cannot go to OW at evening bc of muh timetable but I could do some abs, chest, tri, back and shit you know
So, PPL? 3x10? SL with accesories? I just do squats and squats and oly lifts at my OW gym.

Just tack on one or two exercises at the end of your regular workout, 4-8 sets for 8-12 reps with a weight that gives you a little burn. Nothing crazy. I like pullovers, throwbacks and dips for triceps; hammer and z curls for biceps; and 3-way raises for delts. I hit shoulders rarely because I get plenty of volume from pressing and jerking, but I'll hit my arms pretty much every day.

HEY GUYS, I just got into olympic weightlifting, I went for the first time yesterday.

I decided to register to that oly gym in january because they're closing for holidays, and I'd like to have oly shoes.

My current shoes are 10.5 or 11 inches, and 6E wide.

Can anyone reccomend any shoes? I was thinking about the Nike Romaleos 2, I've contacted them to see if they would fit me.
