Quick question /fit/
How are oats legal? Ever since I started eating nothing but oats, my gains have been colossal. I'm actually scared that if I keep eating gaining mass at this rate, I'll end up too big...looking like a roided out freak.
How have the DEA and the FDA not caught on to this yet? Should I stockpile on oats while I still can?

Amazing ever since I discovered oats. As a Kentucky resident, I always wondered how our race horses were so giant and muscular, with enough endurance to run all day. Now I know. It's the bags of OATS that they eat day in and day out.

Yes, Phytic acid does impede mineral absoption, but its in a very low percentage in oats and isnt affected as bad in meat eaters.
What's so great about oats? How do they help gains?
