Anyone have any tips for this? Because I'm down 55 and have 70 more to go, and loose skin scares the fuck out of me.

Currently just using a BHA/AHA lotion (I have KP and it helps with that)

Take vitamin C, collagen and omega 3. All those are good for the skin
Vitamin D and Vitamin E too if you'd like

Also massage is good for the skin
You know how people say massaging with x oil is good for the skin? It's true, but it's more the effect of the massage part than of any specific oil

I actuwlly did get rid of most of mine and reduced the really bad ones with my own little concoction.Its made of coconut oil aloe vera tad carrot juice liquid vit e mix all of it apply it also tanning will def help I lucked out I get the perfect olive skin tan half norwegian/mexican

You know how they say red stretch marks are the only ones you can treat? That's not true. It's true that they are more responsive but you can still get improvements with old white stretch marks. Pic related is after just one session
