remove that many calories from carbs each day for the next 7 days

Whenever I go over my macros by that much I just severely limit myself the next day. I'll pretty much hit my protein macros by just drinking protein shakes with water and I'll take this badass fiber supplement I got. If you can't make it on protein powder alone just eat chicken breast, tuna, or very lean turkey tomorrow with green veggies but nothing else. You're pretty much trying to create the biggest deficit possible while still hitting your protein.
