>He doesn't listen to audio books while lifting
>He listens to shitty rap music
Never gonna make it.
>>
I'm thinking of trying this, I've mostly done podcasts up til now. On the other hand music can really help you push yourself harder.

I've been listening to Alan watts lectures on youtube but it eats my data so i try not to.
>>
>>35229568
Listened to Lotlia while lifting today.

Hearing HH describe her pubescent thighs gave my lifts a primal power greater then any music.
>>
>>35229555
Its scientifically impossible to multitask.
You either focusing on the audio book or focusing on lifting. Music is good because your body synchronizes with the beat.
Youre never going to make it OP

If you use android, you can try newpipe from f-droid.org. It doesn't require root. You can easily download the audio from the videos and it's ~60mb per hour.

I listened to a nice lecture on utilitarianism Tuesday night when I worked out.
>>
>>35229581
Download them...?

>>35229568
Podcasts are great too, but literature is fantastic and often more enjoyable.

It all depends on what you read. Philiosophy is terrible through audiobooks, but most any novel you get just as much out of listening then physically reading.

Don't listen to pseudo-intellectuals who say audio books don't let you understand the book as much.

Meant to quote >>35229577
>>
>>35229586

Books/podcasts are great for cardio though. Zoning out helps me so much when running. I can easily run an extra mile if I'm listening to something really interesting.
>>
Are there any good apps for audiobooks that you don't need subscriptions for? I'm a poorfag and youtube eats my data like >>35229577 said.
>>
>>35229555
>one set is between 5-12 reps
>let's say 12
>1 minute to do them all
>3-5 minutes of rest
>let's say 3
>5 sets
>you lift for 5 minutes and rest for 15
I would rather just not listen to anything and focus on my shit, like l always did

Listened to Starship Troopers while, was eye opening and inspiring. Has to be the most masculine book I've ever read. It's like Fight Club but for grown men instead of boys.
