Full body lifting every other day. About 3 hours at the gym when I go.
30 minutes Cardio on stationary bike. Walking 1 hour a day.
Plus eating one low carb meal a day for lunch. No breakfast, no dinner or snacks.

That isn't a sustainable diet. Eat a small (small for you) portion each meal. Think 700-800 calories. Portion control is the only thing that works long term. Your mind will adapt and stop blasting hunger signals
