People are taller in the morning and shorter at night by 2-3cm. It's not that of a diference but try to measure yourself more during the day.

I am a little over 100 lbs lighter then I was at the beginning of May and the other day at the doctors office I found out I shrank a half inch. I'M 5' 11.5". Not even going to fake that it sucks.
