I am an in-season wrestler. I would like a program to maintain my strength and potentionally increase my lower body strength.
I'm making my own routine desu

5 x 5 squats, 3 times a week. easy.
best thing to do would probably be a moderate fullbody workout 2-3x a week. you don't want to fuck yourself up.
go in and do bench, squat, deadlifts for 5x5, 1x3-5 on deads (not including warmups). increase the weight when you can, don't stress about getting stronger just focus on wrestling pham and maintain your strength

In-season? Its gonna be rough, depending on how strong you already are.
If your recovery is up to it, something like WS4SB might work damn well. But again you might need to trim the volume to cope with the amount of sport-specific stuff you're likely doing.
Hey man, I wrestled in high school. You'll get stronger just by wrestling. If you're really dead set on lifting during season though, I suggest something like Starting Strength of StrongLifts.
I just run a westside template. It is flexible enough that you can add or decrease your volume and intensity as needed.
