and somehow /fit/ is considered a board for normies.
someone post that /fit/ post from a while ago where a chick snapped a pic of her panties when she was squatting. It was literally like her vagina was barfing up blood clots into her thong. Apparently squatting and lifting on their periods is really healthy and makes them feel good but it also makes their crotch look like vietnam with Forrest Gump dragging out Bubba to die on her labia.

Go to the gym, just don't squat or deadlift, unless of course you wish to fish your tampon out of your underwear.

you mean the one that has already been posted in this bread....
Yes I lift on my period. I get really bad cramps, back pain, and general soreness, but lifting weights helps so much. Particularly heavy squats, deadlifts and oly. I actually got my period today and lifting helped a lot. Cramps went away
If you lift regularly (basically just if you exercise regularly), it's supposed to make a huge difference for your period. It did for me. Once I started regular exercise, like at least 4x a week of SOME type of intense physical activity, my period got lighter and way less painful. It doesn't do anything if you start right when you get your period though.
I saw some bro science awhile back saying that lifting on your period has no negative effects on energy or ability to perform at all, except slight physical discomfort. Just pop a tylenol and do it man, no excuses.
