I have a scenario for you. I want to know your thoughts and how you react.
You see tall skinny lean person in gym looks like a distance runner or cyclist. He is doing squats and deadlifts and other appropriate gym exercises. He has pretty much flawless technique but is obviously not lifting that much weight due to muscle/sport that he partakes in.
What are your thoughts of this person?

He's doing it for injury prevention. Lots of runners lift once or twice a week to help prevent common runner injuries. Lifting is excellent crosstraining for runners.

That's me OP. I only back squat a pl8 and dead 2pl8. I only work legs to prevent injury and so I don't get sore. I do girl leg workouts and it rules.

My whole gym is full of retards with shit form and half reps. If I ever see anyone with good form, no matter the weight, I'm impressed
