Why are pre-workouts it's such a fucking scam?
I get better results going as I am right now with a preworkout meal + coffee and snort some ammonia for the big lifts thank drinking some shit preworkout juice.

They've got a ton of sugar and caffeine, and it can feel pretty damn good when they hit you. I don't eat sugar much or drink caffeine at all, but it's a potent combo, or at least feels like it.
Do people actually think it makes them bigger? I thought preworkouts were just to get amped to lift.

I just rattle it about if its a squat, and then jump under and smash myself up on it, with DL I just yank it once or twice then jump up. For bench I don't really psych up. Probably why I'm stuck at 177.5kg bench, so fucking close to 4 plates. :'(
