Do you guys use an app to track your lifting?
Used lifting log for awhile because I loved the simplicity. Doesn't have a backup function though. So I figured I might see what else is out there.
I trying simple workout trainer but didn't like how the workout plan had to be restrictive (cant change bench for DP bench if I feel like it on a given workout for example).
What's your preferred fitness app?
My fitness pal for scanning shit.
I don't need an app to remember my set weights or do basic percentages. Use your brain.

I use an app called my brain
I don't think you can get one if you don't have one already sorry op

Fitnotes. It's alright. Shows history, and graphs stats over time.

Checking it out now actually. I like that it has grouping of workouts.

My issue with it is it can't have a blank set of workouts. Copying any workout from a previous day copies all sets and reps with it.

stronglifts obviously

You mean like copying the plan itself, but it copies the reps too? That's really weird.
I mean it seems like you can just manually find whatever you're doing that day. But that probably works better for me. Often I'll switch up an exercise for something similar. If I'm doing military press one week I might do Arnold or single arm DB instead the next.

I use a generic note function on my phone.

This. So much easier than fucking around with an app.

Do you mean a notebook?
