I've been 6' 130lbs since I was 15 years old and no matter how much I ate I never gained a single pound, does anyone have any non-bullshit ideas to help increase my calorie intake? I don't really lift and have never progressed past 20ish reps for anything because I never have the energy, but I'm trying so hard

I am 220 lbs and I eat 4000kcals a day in 4 meals.

If youre hungry all the time, why don't you eat more?

Eat foods that are more calorie dense. For example, peanuts and nuts in general are high calorie but won't really fill you up. For example, I buy these Great Value brand mixed nuts, provides 170 calories per 1/4 cup, and there are 28 of those in a container that costs ~9 dollars. You don't have to eat meat or total garbage like fast food if you don't want to, there are much healthier ways to get lots of calories even if you happened to be a vegan.

Im not saying you should count calories all the time, but estimate how many calories you get during a normal day.
If you're eating 2500kcals a day and you dont gain any weight, you should maybe see a doc if you're not a marathon runner that runs continously every day.

I eat up to 12 slices of bread a day and 3 other full meals, where one of the meals are 400g chicken with rice, the other is oats, milk, nuts, eggs + supplements

You have to count your average calorie intake too bro. If you're living off peanut butter sandwiches and snacking on nuts it's no wonder you can't gain weight. Sandwiches can be an okay snack but you need to be eating a real meal with real food.

2500 calories ain't gonna cut it for anyone but a 5'2" manlet. I'm 6'8" and will literally lose weight even if I have a completely sedentary day and consume less than 3000 calories. On days that I have to go to work or when I work out my face either becomes a garbage disposal or I lose 5-10lbs.

It's not hard, people. You count how many calories you're consuming, and increase it until you start gaining weight.

Well I'm about to eat half of a full chicken pot pie (I ate the other half for lunch yesterday), I had a waffle, sausage, and a hasbrown for breakfast 4 hours ago and I feel like there's a void in my stomach right now. I have no clue how to count calories, so I'd guess like +600 calories per meal? With sandwiches or other various snacks in between, like 3 a day

You're overstimating the amount of food you eat, so count your calories and adjust accordingly.
