I know a guy (pretty well) same height/weight as you, shit diet, smoker, yet good athlete, but after he hit age 30 he went to shit in a hurry. Mentioned it to my dad, he said yeah, all the smokers were like that back in the day, age 30 was the end of their athletic careers.

You need to stop smoking, start eating better and start exercising more. Cardio and weights. Low sex drive and performance is usually a pretty good and early indicator that you're treating your body like shit.
