Medfags how am I looking here?
I was 160/90 back in August, just checked now and it seems to have dropped a fair bit.

I hope that's not your resting pulse, m8.
BP is fine, but pulse is way too high.

160/90 Jesus, but yes that's a good progress, you want it under 144/94 at most, try to bring it to around 120/80 if you can. Good work Anon

Unless you live in a third world country, you can get your blood pressure tested in a pharmacy or by a doctor for something like 0.50€. It's __always__ more accurate than DIY kits. Also those home kits are not only unreliable in their sensors, they are unreliable in their set up.

Didn't see the pulse, that needs to come down, a lot, for resting you never want that over 99bpm

Just measured it again and now my pulse has came right down, maybe I was just nervous the first time in case the reading said 180/100.
>>35126280
remember to always sit down for some time before measuring
Tfw my resting pulse is 100-110. I think it's because of my shitty lungs + asthmatic inhalers but I don't know how to get it down. Please halp.
Your blood pressure is fine according to the new standards (140/80 is normal). Your pulse is worrying though. Did you just finish a workout or do any major activity?
>not a medfag, just a guy who had hypertension and was medicated heavily for it in the past but lowered it and now not on any.

You're good. 90-140/60-90 is what were being taught in our nursing classes.
And yeah, if you suddenly stand you're pulse will shoot up to compensate for the new heights to maintain your blood pressure. Sit for a minute, then take BP measurements.

Some asthma inhalants have sides that pump up your pulse a little. Similar effect as adrenergic drugs (stimulates part or all of your sympathetic system, which helps open airways).
If worried, talk to doc.

Mine just said 120/58 and 52bpm
So yes, that's bad. I'm even on roids.
