So I've been dieting and lifting for a month now and been mainly consuming whole milk and peanut butter in large doses daily. I've gotten really good muscle gains (and lost bodyfat %) past month but I've read on other forums that milk and peanutbutter were bad. Is there any truth to this?

I don't look at any calories, but I am avoiding all carbs except for whole raw milk and 100% natural peanut butter. Rest just meat, veggies, fish etc I feel like I stumbled upon something great but I'm not sure if it's just a noob mistake and I'm doing something horrible inefficient. I'm going to the gym every second day doing almost all weight exercises until muscle failure(no rep counting). I've been adding 5kg to 10kg to my weights every week now.

Yeah it was pretty hard in the beginning but its starting to get easy now. I don't know what the big deal is. I just add 5 to 10kg every week and it's going alright. I also stretch the bar a few times over my head a few times for good measure, I feel like I use all the muscles then.
