>How do I balance a work out schedule in this?
Straight up, I've had family and coworkers comment on how I'm losing weight. 5'10-11" at 155lbs.
I straight up haven't worked out routinely in almost a year, as I ended up living to to work.
Maybe once a week, I'll do calisthenics and do DB workouts, maybe a hundred pushups and DB curls and shoulder presses.

I drink err'day, and work out once a week on my days off for the last semester, as I'm either busy sleeping or drinking. 1-6 drink before sleeping before class or work.

Negro, I'm 21 for 2 months now. I have no social life anymore, my only straight up bros work a different schedule than me, and are older and ain't down to chill

I got through 2 thirty packs a week, and am on my 3rd heart break, a dead dad, broken family, lost everything i had by 18, etc. I drink because it's the only 'fun' I have, bumpin music and singing/playing guitar.

I haven't gotten laid in months and idk how to even meet chicks in my small town with my work/school schedule
I realized my drinking may become a problem as I'm blowing off working out and shit in preference of drinking for the last few months.

I run off of processed food typically, eggs for breakfast, and whole milk, and often skip eating due to being hungover and nauseous.

Looking at my body, what should I work on?
Like, I want to get big, but fuck, I burn so many calories at work and barely sleep. Often enough I run off of 4 hours a sleep and am up for 20 hours between work and school.

Shit OP you've got a fuckload of problems. Ok well first off you're not a fatty, that's a good start. That said you need to find a daytime job, you're not cut out for nights, your alcoholism and your inability to find nighttime hangouts area a good indicator. My wife tried to do the whole "night owl" thing and because I work "evenings" I was able to play along, but at the end of the day only a few people can really go full vampire. She wasn't one and neither are you. Quit and find something else, if you have to go on welfare for awhile (sign your form that you're black) so be it. It's better to spend a year scamming uncle sucker than to be a 30 year old alcoholic with barely any liver function left and a vitamin D deficiency.

I have to work to pay for my education, rent, insurance, adult shit, etc. I can't afford NOT to work.

Eh, I take my chewy vitamins everyday. Just once a month I hibernate and sleep for like 3 days straight. I've only ever worked nights 2nd or 3rd ever since getting outta high school. I'm used to never sleeping.

Retail doesn't pay as well as factory work. I'm making just under $13/hr and will be making $15/hr within a few more months.
I will prob switch to a maintenance job in a few more weeks. Might be making the same or less pay, but I could work 6 days a week for dat OT, and it won't be as physically demanding.

Don't drink erryday man please limit yourself to weekends.
It fucks up your gains.And your liver/life.YOU WILL DIE IF YOU CONTINUE.
If you can, buy barbells or go to a gym.Dumbells can only do so much.Especially since if you don't have a lot of weight you will max out fast.
Stuff like goblet squats,db rows,db bp,hammer curls,normal curls,db overhead press lateral raises and weighted lunges are some ideas for dumbells. but it is better to buy a barbell and some adjustable heavy dumbbells
I work mon-fri and lift 3 times a week before work.Granted I don't do manual labor but I manage to work 9 fine you'll be fine.
