Why do fat arms get stretch marks but muscular arms don't

Speaking of arms, I recently lost a lot of weight and I am noticing some loose skin around my triceps. If I train my triceps hard enough will muscle start filling in the empty skin? Does loose skin if it's not too severe go away on its own?

You can gain fat a lot faster than you can gain muscle. You can still get stretch marks from muscle gain though.

Have/had similar Stretch Marks to this in this area.

Primarily through Rugby training where we were training 5-6 times a week, and being made to eat 4000+ of calories per day.

Although I wouldn't say I have it as bad as you, when I tan, it's practically invisible.
