Sorry meant to post my cut progress with it.

4 months of cutting while on SS has been tough on strength gains. Especially recently after the CNS has gotten used to the weights.

Progress is super slow, I'm nowhere near aesthetic, but I'm headed in the general direction I think. Still got a long way to go though.

Anyway my point is, OP, you can still get "stronger" without getting fat, you're just gonna progress a lot slower that's all.
