I meal plan and prepare all sorts of shit, Just don't have that much time to also prepare broth from scratch and peel a myriad of vegetables and watch the stove for 3 hours.

You don't have to peel veggies for stock just wash them an add them to the put, in fact I save my peelings to make stock with. You just have to strain out the broth when it's done.

If you can't watch the stove you can make broth in something like a crockpot or pressure cooker.
