Yeah, your form is off on something. Dips are slightly easier than benching but not that much easier.

Throw in tricep pushdowns on either day, straight bar. You're giving your biceps accessory work but not triceps? What about front raises? Bent over rows? Bench accessories aren't that hard to figure out dude.

Also eat more.
