Just make what you have pictured. Not too hard to boil shrimp, cook some white rice up, and whisk it all together into a stirfry with an egg and some frozen vegetables.

>chinese food
Pick one
But probably the beef and broccoli if you can get them to hold off the msg + soy sauce.

There are loadsa chinese recipes that are healthy however none of the chinese western bastardized versions are so I wouldn't go for a take-away and instead cook my own shit.

>mfw Americans consistently avoid eating 'greasy unhealthy' Chinese food when they are more than 3x more obese from their own diets
Learn to make them yourself. Restaurant meals are made with shit load of seasonings and grease so that it's tastier.

that being what? mcdonalds and pizza hut?
What's up with all the shitty diet threads lately?
I've got a decent egg fried rice recipe.
Brown rice cooked in chicken stock and soy sauce (preferably dark).
Scramble up some eggs with bell peppers, green beans and spring onion.
Throw the rice into the frying pan with the eggs etc for a couple minutes at the end.
Bit heavy on the salty side, but you can get reduced salt, stock and soy.

i bet you know all the latest and greatest fast food joints you fat fuck
Order sauce on side. You do that and you basically have fresh veggies and meat.
Soups can be alright, and if you're careful (know they dont make shitty grease bombs), you can do alright with veggie eggrolls.
Steamed dumplings are pretty safe, plus high protein, garlic, and ginger which are good.
Some of them round me do have healthy options, but I wish more would carry cabbage salads and whatnot.
