you have to realise that the sperm in your body all contains parts of your DNA, but not all sperm contains the exact same DNA. The same with eggs.

So in theory you contain a spermcell with the perfect DNA right now in your body, but if you would inject this into a women the chance of it getting into the egg is just as high as the sperm containing the shittiest DNA combination
