What are the best apps for keeping track of your workout that
>lets you choose sets and reps
>calculates warmup weight
>keeps tabs on rest between sets
>keeps a calendar of your schedule
Bodyspace. Been using it for years. Great ap.
I use Jefit. It's pretty reliable, doesn't give you warmup weights but I don't have complaints

>needing an app to do basic shit
never going to make it

I don't NEED the app you retard, it's just a commodity that's available at this day and age. I see no reason not to take advantage of it.
>>34985661
Why wouldnt I let a computer do all that stuff for me? I'm just there to lift things up and put them down desu senpai

Progression. Allows you to create your own routine or use a few default ones. Everytime you do a workout it shows you below what you did previously for that exercise. Apart from maybe auto regulation it has everything you could want in an app.
A pencil and piece of paper.

Standard height when you sign up: 6 inches.
I like this app.

try fitnotes, it lets you create your routines with comments, choose sets and reps, increment value, rest timer. It has a calendar that makes it easier to copy your previous workouts with sets, reps and weight you used. Best features are various graphs to show your progress. It also allows you to set goals and tells you how far your are of achieving them

THIS
I work with a woman who lives and dies by her fitbit, she's always "getting in her steps" and walking the stairs regularly and all that shit. After like 3 days of her noticeably being off her schedule she's asked what what the deal is.
>she lost her fitbit
>can't do her "exercise" without it

Strong.
Lets you add exercises, choose sets, reps, etc and form workouts from them.
Paid version keeps a graph, as well as showing your previous weights/reps for the exercise youre currently doing, tracks your weight, does a shit ton.
Try it, its basically everything you mentioned
>>34985518
i use a combo of jefit for tracking
and a warmupreps.com chrome bookmark for warm up sets (I know I could do the math in my head, my clicking the buttons is way easier)
>>34987728
also using it and would recommend.
The only annoying thing is that records aren't sorted alphabetically or by date
>>34987728
Is it an iphone app?
>>34987800
yes, iphone only
>>34987812
but since you lift for girls we all know you have an iphone anyway.
>>34987439
I heard the app Strong is just like Fitnotes but for iPhone
>>34987900
>>34987900
It would seem the iphone version is also not entirely free
Does fitnotes have a timer between sets?
>>34985658

>I use apps to track my workouts instead of my brain.
>>34989654
Your phone must just suck desu. I have an S6 and the SL app runs totally fine. Although I will say that SL is kind of gay because you have to buy it for 10 dollars to make use of a couple of features (custom lifts, custom rep and set schemes, etc). But if you are just getting the SL app to actually do SL, it's pretty damn good.
>workout
>go home
>enter weight lifted in excel
it's not so fucking hard you autists
>>34985518
not necessary at all
probably a distraction that will take away from your workout
