I can tell this is a bait thread by several factors.
No Europoor would say "I'm from Europe". They'd say "I'm French" or "I'm from Germany" or "I'm from Slovakia".
Next we have the percentage of fat people. It is slightly higher than the true figure, making the bait thread less likely to detect, but still high enough to raise attention (50% is a sort of psycological threshold".
Next we have the "We are taught that everywhere here". I'm Italian and we are not "taught" that everywhere in Italy. Most Italians have some stereotypes about the fat americans who can't cook and eat cheeseburgers, but they are not "taught" those.
