Don't feel bad after 8 years i still suck cocks at diddlys. I have permanent disc pain and my left leg limb will forever be fucked for when i did them horribly horribly wrong when i was 17. I didn't know the specifics so my legs were wide with my arms at an angle. Yup i thought feel the burn so did another set. Forever fucked. I accepted death and looked forward to it ever since. I eventually got my diddys up to 365 lbs when i was 20. Now i can barely do 245 for five reps ;( i just read rippitoes explanation on how to dead lift and i think I've been leaning too forward. We'll see at my next session.
