I'm in need of a good intermediate powerlifting routine with some bodybuidling aspects. And don't give me that read the sticky crap. I did and I need something way cooler and juicier. Help a brother out.

just do a brosplit: Legs + Shoulders, Back + Biceps, Chest + Triceps
Do 1 or 2 compounds each day 3x5 (i.e. bench squat ohp dead) and do a couple extra accessories 3x8-12 for hypertrophy
You'll get plenty big and strong off it.
Coolcicada's PPL. This routine is the shit for intermediate lifters. Just add some deadlifts and you're good to go.
