This week I helped a friend move some shit. Everything was going well until I tried to carry a 120 lbs bag of rice. since I squat my bodyweight (132 lbs) I thought it would be an easy task but it feels much more heavier.
So how hard is too handle a woman and do the things they do in porn? Not that I'm willing to try someday but girls past 5'8'' easily weight more than 130 lbs.
Are the girls in porn all 5'5'' 90 lbs? Am I too weak or a body is easily to carry/move than a bag?

Lifting heavy shit in the gym doesn't 100% translate to lifting heavy shit in the real world.
Do calisthenics and lift heavy oddly shaped shit, lift heavy stuff in the gym if you're looking to fuel your ego.

I'm saying that because you squat 135 (i'm assuming for reps) your 1rm is around 155.
120 pounds is 75-80% of that max, so doing anything that isn't strict form squats (ex, walking around with it on your back) will be taxing.
