Two board again next week, one board week after.

Had a situation where doing the first sets I was encountering some resistance near the bottom and skirting around it - going toward my toes - successfully touching the board and going up but not getting much out of the shirt. On the last three sets (155kg x1, 140kg 2x2) I pulled into it hard and omg instant speed and it was like benching with a slingshot.

Don't feel too bad about missing 170kg either because I just need to jack the shirt a little harder (ie pull my tits out of it), pull into that band more and oh I'm really weak today. My ueq warm ups were hard and slow

Thing is, shopping/fashion is not inherently wrong as a hobby. The problem is for most of these girls it's not actually a hobby. They don't strive to be good/knowledgeable/whatever in their field of interest.
However boring I might find these things to be, I can at least appreciate when a woman is really passionate about it. I don't know what that might entail for this topic specifically; following all the big designers, fashion shows, clothing trends, learning some color theory 'n shit? I don't know. But most women that claim they're into fashion/shopping don't actually know what the fuck they're talkkng about.

Lowering a bench press felt weak and unstable and i lost all power just above the chest

2 week progression means doing 6x2 2x3 the first day and then adding 2 reps every session, so:

4x2 4x3
2x3 6x3
8x3

I also did ohp in the exact same way the day after bench. Id also suggest doing pump sets for both exercises.

Have been doing this since march and went from 77.5kg 8x2 to 117.5kg powersets 3 weeks ago and for ohp from 50kg to 80kg powersets in the same time frame. Now its getting very messy and i have to adjust a lot, but thats to be expected when you run a program for 8 months straight.

id also try to stay with 2-3 minutes of rest between the power sets for atleast the first couple of months, this makes sure your intensity isnt too high
also make sure to pick a starting weight that isnt too high, something you can do a relatively easy 5x5 with should work for both ohp and bench

My Bench is stalling on TM. Im running a 4 day one. The thing is that 5x5 at 85 percent on VD feels easy as fuck but I cant hit my 1x5 on ID. On VD I do my 5x5 and afterwards 3x10 close grip. What should I do? Up the Intensity on VD or should I do more Sets? Im a weakfag btw, I weigh 8okg and Bench 83kgx5.

I think I'll keep running TM on squats and just do Hepburn bench on Monday and Friday. I usually do some OHP on Wednesday's Recovery Day with no real focus on progress.

I was planning to change my VD to 8x3 so I guess that isn't far off what I was planning to do.
