Eat relatively clean, lift 3-5 days a week and bulk on a +500 kcal above maintenence.

Over a decent amount of time the only thing that really matters is consistent training and diet.

Bro, you're doing something wrong. I'm sorry, I'm not super proud of my body but I'm the same height and 5ish lbs lighter and look nothing like that. You're fat as fuck. Cut cut cut and then try bulking more slowly.

You should be in the 185 to 190 weight range at your height but lean. Maybe try a recomp routine. Unless you're a recovering fatty, something has gone seriously wrong.

OP I have some bad news for you, cutting takes a LONG time. I started like 20 pounds lighter than you and I still had to cut for like half a year before I was bulk-ready. Just relax, focus your mind and enjoy this long ride - forget about /fit/ progress pics and all that bollocks, cut at the pace that works for you and you'll see better results than coming here for advice.
